Shipping and Returns

Welcome to our VISUALEDS.COM to buy goods. All goods are in stock under normal circumstances. After you place an order for payment, we will deliver the goods through DHL within 48 hours. Some goods will be delivered within 72 hours at the latest. DHL will deliver the goods to your receiving address 2-6 days after we deliver the goods. We will test every product repeatedly and make perfect packaging to prevent possible damage during transportation to ensure that customers finally receive the perfect product.

Shopping Tips
Each order ’s goods have been multiple tested to ensure that customers receive the perfect items.
Before shipping, we will carefully test again. For every shipment, goods are packaged in the most rigorous way,to prevent possible damages during transport to the utmost extent.
When you receive the goods, and find packaging damaged , please check them in front of DHL deliveryman. If damaged, please try to obtain local DHL ’s breakage of documentary evidence, and meanwhile, contact with us to send the detailed packaging and product photos.
If packaging is intact, customers should check the products within 3 days, if something is broken or missing due to the transport, please contact promptly your local DHL and send us detailed packaging and product ’s photos.

Express fee and preferential policy
There is no minimum order quantity, no other additional conditions.  All our products are entitled to discounts according to the order total value, if you order a model whose value is:
over 1500 USD, will enjoy 5% discount;
over 3000 USD, will enjoy 10% discount;
More over 6000 USD, may not be able to order online becouse of the Paypal account. Please Contact our online sales for payment and more discount.

Return and replacement rules

Return and refund will be arranged under the following circumstances:

  • Within 3 days after receiving the product, customer do not like the product, purchase in mistake, or receive wrong model, or do not know how to use the product.
  • .Within 3 days after receiving the product, customer find out that the package is damaged during transportation, please take photo of the package timely and ask the delivery company to stamp when the product arrived.
  • Within 3 days after receiving the product, customer find out the package is intact, but some product is damaged and can not be used, please immediately take the package photo and damaged product photo and send photos to us as proof.
  • Within 30 days after receiving the product, quality problem occur under normal use.
    In the above four cases, we support return and refund, at the same time the customer should guarantees that our products are in good appearance, without any damage, and will not affect re-sale.
  • Withstanding the warranty policy and any sections recorded to this document; the buyer must afford the shipping cost from buyer’s address to www.mctrlvp.com’s address.

  Guidelines for Returning Product:

  •  Ship authorized returns to the address provided by a www.visualeds.com officer along with a tracking method to avoid any problems.
  •  Explain the reason for the return and include your name and address, along with a phone number in case www.VISUALEDS.com needs to contact you.
